The property is located along the coastal waters of Manila Bay bordering the City of Pasay and the Municipality of Parañaque. It has a frontage of approximately 1.2 kilometers and a depth of 2 kilometers.

KEY ATTRACTIONS

The project is located along Roxas Boulevard, which offers a spectacular view of Manila Bay's beautiful sunset. Dubbed as the "Sunset Strip", Roxas Boulevard is lined with specialty restaurants, national parks and museums, theatres, entertainment districts, and hotels, catering to both foreign tourists as well as the local populace.
