The property is located
along the coastal waters of Manila Bay bordering the City
of Pasay and the Municipality of Parañaque. It has
a frontage of approximately 1.2 kilometers and a depth of
2 kilometers.
KEY ATTRACTIONS
The project is located along Roxas Boulevard, which offers
a spectacular view of Manila Bay's beautiful sunset. Dubbed
as the "Sunset Strip", Roxas Boulevard

and the Metrobank's-Toyota Showcase building and Bay Gardens
Residential Condominiums. Further north is the Cultural Center
of the Philippines, Folk Arts Theatre, Philippine Plaza Hotel,
